- Stock shelves, organize inventory, and ensure the sales floor is clean and visually appealing.
- Execute visual merchandising standards to effectively showcase products.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency is required.
