Responsibilities
- Stock, arrange, and organize merchandise in assigned departments before store opening
- Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks for efficient inventory movement
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas and sales floors
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and company stocking standards
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience (1+ years)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Early morning availability (typically 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
