Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge, assistance, and problem-solving
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Manage inventory through stock replenishment, organization, and cycle counting
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floor sets, displays, and signage
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards throughout all areas
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to operate POS systems and basic technology
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Florida driver's license may be required for store transfers
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tasks
