Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process sales and returns.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a clean, appealing, and organized store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory counts as required.
- Communicate product features and promotions to customers to drive sales.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Maintain the sales floor in pristine condition, adhering to all safety and visual presentation standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and POS systems.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
