Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise from delivery trucks
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to planograms
- Ensure store is fully stocked and visually appealing before opening
- Maintain clean and safe work areas throughout shift
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper inventory control
- Assist with inventory counts and markdown processes
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store preparation
Qualifications
- No experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Early morning availability (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory and stocking tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to work location
