Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Organize and maintain merchandise displays to ensure the store is visually appealing and well-stocked.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions with strict attention to detail and accountability.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and backroom organization.
- Provide product recommendations and information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Familiarity with basic computer systems and POS equipment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
