Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments
- Manage inventory including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization standards throughout all areas
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Adapt to changing schedules including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights and weekends
