Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through personalized assistance and product knowledge
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floorset resets and window displays
- Manage inventory through stock receiving, processing, and cycle counting
- Uphold cleanliness and organization standards throughout sales floor and stock areas
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales goals and operational targets
- Participate in training programs to enhance product expertise and selling techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons with flexible scheduling
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS transactions
