Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service utilizing provided tablets and POS systems
- Operate store equipment including inventory scanners and digital displays
- Process transactions using company-provided mobile checkout devices
- Utilize provided tools for visual merchandising and store displays
- Manage inventory with company-provided handheld scanners
- Operate provided cleaning equipment to maintain store presentation
- Collaborate using provided communication devices for team coordination
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic proficiency with provided digital tools (training included)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work with provided equipment for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to San Jose location
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods using provided ergonomic support
