Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming shipments with precision and efficiency
- Stock merchandise across all departments following visual standards
- Operate inventory management systems and maintain accurate stock counts
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store readiness

Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail stocking or warehouse operations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Availability to work 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM shifts, including weekends
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software or RF scanners
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
