Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with the selection of equipment and products.
- Operate company-provided retail equipment, such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts, to move heavy merchandise safely and efficiently.
- Stock shelves and display areas, ensuring products are organized, priced correctly, and ready for sale.
- Process customer transactions at the register accurately, handling returns and exchanges with a positive attitude.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor in accordance with company safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill daily operational goals and customer requests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior retail or warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and use the specific equipment and tools provided by the company.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems.
