Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and styling recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floor sets and displays
- Manage inventory control including receiving, stock counts, and replenishment
- Support store operations through loss prevention and safety compliance
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and service goals
- Participate in product training to stay current on trends and features
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Visual merchandising experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
