Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service using company-provided tablets and POS systems
- Operate inventory scanners and digital displays to manage stock levels
- Utilize company-provided cleaning equipment to maintain store appearance
- Process transactions using provided handheld payment devices
- Operate digital fitting room technology for seamless customer assistance
- Use provided communication tools to coordinate with team members
- Assist visual merchandising with provided display equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic digital literacy to use provided equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods with provided support equipment
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to Cincinnati store locations
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
