The Role
As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of our brand, guiding customers through their shopping experience and ensuring they leave satisfied with their purchases. You will work closely with the store manager to maintain operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product selection, equipment setup, and technical advice.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and execute merchandising displays.
- Provide detailed product knowledge and safety instructions for all equipment.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to drive sales goals and improve customer retention.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs safely.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for transactions.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
