Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service using provided tablets and sales tools
- Operate POS systems and inventory management software (equipment provided)
- Process returns/exchanges using standardized equipment protocols
- Merchandise displays using provided mannequins and fixtures
- Utilize provided cleaning equipment to maintain showroom standards
- Participate in team meetings using provided communication devices
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable using provided technology (tablets, POS systems)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended shifts (provided support footwear available)
- Basic math skills for handling transactions (provided calculators allowed)
- Strong communication skills with provided uniform requirements
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays (provided scheduling tools)
