- Operate provided point-of-sale systems for seamless checkout experiences
- Assist customers using provided digital tools for product information and size recommendations
- Maintain visual merchandising standards using provided equipment
- Collaborate with team using provided communication devices for task coordination
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic proficiency with provided tablets and digital tools
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods using provided ergonomic equipment
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual a plus)
- Reliable transportation to our El Paso location
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
