Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service using provided sales tablets and inventory systems
- Operate POS equipment and handle cash transactions accurately
- Utilize provided mannequins and visual tools to create compelling displays
- Process returns/exchanges using company-provided scanners and software
- Stock shelves with provided equipment (ladders, garment racks, etc.)
- Operate provided cleaning equipment to maintain store presentation
- Participate in team meetings using provided tablets for training updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (equipment training provided)
- Basic computer literacy (POS training provided)
- Ability to stand for extended periods (provided anti-fatigue mats available)
- Strong communication skills (provided script guides available)
- Reliable transportation to Santana Row location
- Availability to work weekends/holidays (provided scheduling flexibility)
- Positive attitude with team collaboration focus
