Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock, organize, and rotate merchandise in premium departments
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking workflows
- Implement visual merchandising standards for premium displays
- Conduct quality checks on incoming shipments
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor
- Complete inventory reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in high-volume retail stocking
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Early morning availability (shift starts 4:00 AM)
- Valid forklift certification preferred
