Responsibilities
- Unload and process incoming merchandise shipments efficiently
- Stock shelves and display areas according to planograms and store standards
- Rotate stock to ensure proper FIFO (First-In-First-Out) procedures
- Maintain organized stockroom and inventory management systems
- Collaborate with overnight team members to meet stocking goals
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged merchandise to supervisors
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during stocking operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
- Previous stocking/merchandising experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
