- Operate company-provided POS systems and tablets for seamless transactions
- Utilize provided inventory scanners to manage stock levels accurately
- Assist customers using provided mobile devices for product searches
- Maintain store appearance with provided cleaning equipment and tools
- Process returns/exchanges using provided handheld devices
- Operate provided fitting room systems and security tools
- Collaborate using provided team communication devices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic comfort with provided technology (tablets, scanners)
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation to downtown location
