Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers warmly, answering questions about our extensive range of equipment and products with professionalism and expertise.
- Point of Sale (POS) Operations: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our provided POS systems, ensuring all receipts and paperwork are handled correctly.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels, restocking shelves, and organizing the retail floor to ensure a clean and inviting shopping environment.
- Equipment Demonstration: Demonstrate the features and benefits of our equipment to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Merchandising: Maintain visual displays and signage to promote sales and keep the store looking its best at all times.
- Store Maintenance: Assist in general store upkeep, including cleaning, organizing storage areas, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs), and maneuver around the sales floor.
