Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and answering their questions regarding tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Assist customers in locating and selecting the appropriate equipment and merchandise.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Process returns, exchanges, and manage inventory counts.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure high stock availability and display readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and move equipment and boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliable transportation.
