- Process transactions accurately at the register and handle cash, credit, and gift cards.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management processes.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
