As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied and equipped with the right tools for their projects.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection, ensuring a world-class shopping experience.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Stock shelves and display areas according to company merchandising standards and visual guidelines.
- Demonstrate and explain the proper use of equipment and tools to customers to ensure safety and satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods in a retail setting.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for local product transport.
