Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure store cleanliness.
- Process returns, exchanges, and manage inventory counts.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
