Responsibilities
- Operate provided POS systems and retail equipment to process transactions accurately
- Stock shelves using provided tools and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide personalized recommendations
- Operate provided cleaning equipment to maintain store cleanliness and safety
- Utilize provided inventory scanners to track stock levels and report discrepancies
- Participate in team meetings using provided communication devices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to operate provided electronic devices (tablets, scanners)
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions with provided equipment
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods using provided anti-fatigue mats
- Reliable transportation to our Lubbock location
- No prior equipment operation experience required – full training provided
