Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries during early morning shifts (4 AM - 12 PM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and backroom areas according to planograms
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock rotation
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all work areas
- Operate inventory systems and report stock discrepancies
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve daily stocking targets
- Assist with price changes and promotional setups
Qualifications
- Ability to work consistently 4 AM - 12 PM shifts
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
