Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service using provided POS systems and mobile devices
- Operate company-provided equipment for inventory management and sales processing
- Present merchandise professionally using provided styling tools and displays
- Process transactions using provided payment systems and security equipment
- Utilize provided cleaning and maintenance tools to maintain store presentation
- Collaborate with team using provided communication devices
- Assist with visual merchandising using provided fixtures and signage
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Ability to learn and operate provided equipment efficiently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to Lubbock location
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash with provided equipment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent
