Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service using provided equipment (POS systems, handheld scanners)
- Process transactions accurately with provided point-of-sale technology
- Operate retail equipment including inventory scanners and display tools
- Stock and merchandise products using provided equipment and tools
- Maintain store appearance using provided cleaning and maintenance equipment
- Utilize provided tablets for inventory management and product lookup
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer literacy with ability to use provided retail technology
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended shifts using provided support equipment
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays using provided scheduling tools
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required with proper equipment training
