Responsibilities
- Operate provided POS systems and inventory scanners to process transactions accurately
- Utilize company-issued tablets for real-time inventory tracking and stock replenishment
- Deliver personalized customer service using digital product catalogs and interactive displays
- Collaborate with team members using shared communication devices for seamless store operations
- Execute visual merchandising using provided digital tools and display equipment
- Process returns/exchanges using company-provided verification systems
- Participate in digital training sessions using provided tablets and learning modules
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
