Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner, guiding them to the right products.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our specialized equipment.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Build lasting relationships with repeat customers and identify upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and weekly targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
