Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service using company-provided tablets and POS systems
- Operate retail equipment including handheld scanners and inventory management tools
- Process transactions with company-issued payment devices
- Maintain store appearance using provided cleaning and merchandising equipment
- Utilize company-provided communication devices for team coordination
- Assist in inventory using provided scanners and software systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn company systems
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to work with provided equipment (no personal tools needed)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Previous retail experience a plus but not required
- Valid Texas ID for equipment checkout
