Your Role
As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for driving sales and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied. We value initiative, positivity, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain a clean, visually appealing store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in the receiving and organizing of new stock.
- Upsell products and promote current sales promotions to meet daily and monthly targets.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Proficiency with computer systems and POS software is a plus.
