Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise shipments in the early morning shift (3 AM - 11 AM)
- Organize and stock inventory across all store departments with precision
- Rotate stock using FIFO principles to ensure freshness and quality
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment efficiently and safely
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store opening
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Previous retail or warehouse stocking experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work early morning shifts (3 AM start time)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
