Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and offering knowledgeable product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by stocking merchandise, folding clothes, and organizing displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Cash handling responsibilities, including counting drawers, making deposits, and balancing daily reports.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
- Assist with store operations, including setting up promotional displays and maintaining the overall store aesthetic.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes weighing up to 25 lbs.
