Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized assistance and product knowledge
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Manage inventory through stock receiving, organization, and visual merchandising
- Maintain store presentation standards through consistent cleanliness and display updates
- Support team goals by achieving sales targets and product demonstration objectives
- Assist with opening/closing procedures including cash register balancing
- Collaborate with staff to resolve customer inquiries and operational issues
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
