Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through personalized assistance and product recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create inviting store displays
- Assist in inventory management including stock receiving, replenishment, and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to maintain organized and clean sales floor

Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
