Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, assistance, and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling procedures
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floorsets, displays, and promotional presentations
- Manage inventory through receiving, stocking, and cycle counting procedures
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety standards across all departments
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and operational goals
- Participate in loss prevention protocols and store security measures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS systems
- Detail-oriented with organizational abilities
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
