Responsibilities

- Manage inventory processes including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and operational targets
- Assist with training new associates on store policies and procedures
- Uphold loss prevention protocols to protect company assets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license for store errands (if required)
