Responsibilities
- Process secure online payments and virtual transactions via our proprietary POS system
- Resolve customer inquiries through digital communication channels (chat/email)
- Conduct remote inventory audits and reconciliation tasks
- Support in-store operations during peak hours and special events
- Maintain accurate transaction records and digital documentation
- Collaborate with store teams via virtual scheduling tools
Qualifications
- 1+ years cashier or customer service experience
