Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Manage inventory including stock replenishment, markdowns, and loss prevention
- Visual merchandising to maintain brand standards and engaging displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Assist in opening/closing procedures including store preparation and reconciliation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse populations
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts
- Proficiency with retail technology (POS, inventory software)
