Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock shelves and maintain inventory levels in assigned departments
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems
- Ensure product freshness and rotation (FIFO method)
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store transitions
- Uphold safety standards and store appearance protocols
- Assist with inventory counts and markdown processes
- Support customer service requests during stocking operations
Qualifications
- Availability for 4-6 hour shifts between 4:00 AM - 10:00 AM
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and inventory awareness
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
