- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising plans to create compelling in-store displays
- Manage inventory control including stock replenishment and cycle counting
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic math aptitude for transactions
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday schedules
- Valid Colorado driver's license preferred for logistics support
