- Manage inventory control processes including receiving, stocking, and markdowns
- Participate in seasonal events and product launches to drive customer engagement
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in luxury or specialty retail preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build customer rapport
- Proficiency with retail technology and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license (for occasional inventory runs)
