Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments during early morning hours (4 AM - 12 PM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planogram standards
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper inventory management
- Maintain clean and safe sales floor conditions throughout shift
- Assist with inventory counts and stock reconciliation
- Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve stocking goals
Qualifications
- Ability to work consistently during early morning shifts (4 AM start time)
- Previous stocker, warehouse, or retail experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to early shifts
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication
- High school diploma or equivalent required
