Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge, fitting room assistance, and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards including restocking, displays, and inventory management
- Contribute to a clean, organized shopping environment through consistent tidying and sanitization
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Assist in training new hires on store policies and brand standards
- Participate in inventory counts and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 6+ months retail or customer service experience required
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with retail technology and point-of-sale systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
