Job Overview
As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer has a positive and memorable shopping experience. You will play a crucial role in maintaining store standards and driving sales through exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Restock merchandise and maintain attractive, organized displays throughout the store.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store policies.
- Assist with inventory management and loss prevention activities.
- Clean and organize the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stockrooms to ensure a safe shopping environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods (10+ hours).
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
