Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create immersive store displays
- Manage inventory control including stock counts and shipment processing
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Uphold brand standards through store cleanliness and safety protocols
- Train new associates on product knowledge and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and POS system familiarity
- Valid California driver's license (for store errands)
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
