Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and assisting with product selection.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory counts, and stock replenishment.
- Build relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
