- Manage daily store operations including inventory counts, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Actively engage customers to drive sales and achieve monthly targets
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and safety standards

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
